DebtBusters SA is the worst!!

Yet AGAIN I Am complaining about debt busters!! What an atmost disgrace regarding service delivery and communication!!! We had an ABSA credit card that was under debt review, and when a pay up letter could not be obtained we were I formed that the account was taken out of debt review BY ABSA as DEBTBUSTERS did not hand in their legal documents. The money to pay the card was deducted from our check account each Month and the card is in a credit! No a clearance certificate is withheld as DEBTBUSTERS did NOT do their job properly and an account THAT ABSA TOOK OUT OF DEBT REVIEW DUE TO THE FACT THAT DEBT REVIEW DID NOT DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY, WE ARE BEING PUNISHED! I AM LIVIT! Apart from that they made wrong payments on accounts that they shouldn't have, accounts get paid off an reappear.... I AM FED UP I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DEBTBUSTERS TO ANY ONE! POOR SERVICE, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, ALWAYS A PROBLEM THAT ARISES!!
