DebtBusters SA is refusing to transfer my file to another legal firm for debt review removal.
DebtBusters SA is refusing to transfer my file to another legal firm. They first claimed that I owe them an after service fee of R991.89 which I paid on the 17th of August 2026 and emailed them the proof of payment, but they now claim that the payment is not reflecting on their side and hence they cannot transfer my file for debt review removal. This is so unfair and unprofessional.
