DebtBusters SA fail to submit clearance

I entered into debt review as a means to manage my credit responsibilities. I paid off ALL of my debt after a windfall. I was issued a clearance certificate on 10 March 2021. The paid up accounts, although zero, are still listed on my credit profile. Countless emails and calls have not been actioned. This has cost me in time and phone bills. In today's economic climate, with strict monthly budgets being the norm, who can afford to spend their time and hard-earned money on other people's incompetence? If I thought it was worth my while, I would seek legal advice for compensation. In this country that's not really viable. I'm so sick of service-providers in South Africa just not giving a damn. The level of apathy is appalling.
