Debtbusters SA are a disgrace!!!
After numerous attempts, I have almost given up. I feel absolutely exhausted and so angry with Debtbusters SA!!!! After 6 years of blood, sweat and tears, last month I was requested to pay R10.36 as my official last payment. What a pleasure to pay this amount as I was finally free (only paying 1 creditor on my own after being terminated during covid). I happened to log into Smart Cents platform to see my 0 balance, only to find they have added on a debt review balance of R26.662????? I have attempted to get hold of someone and NOONE has got back to me!!! I know i am officially done and DB ever received paid up letters from some of my creditors. Please help!!! I actually dont know which way to turn.
