DebtBusters SA - Apparently Your Statements and Smartcents is not accurate

Dishonesty:

Having been making payments monthly, checking my PDA statements and Smartcents. Thinking I will be done with Debt by June 2020, all of a sudden a few thousand appeared suddenly that still needs to be paid and my end date moved to November. No apologies, and admittence from their side. Someone made a mistake and I have to keep quiet and just be okay with it all.
