DebtBusters ruined my life

I have joined DebtBusters in November 2014, I kept paying my agreed installment and never missed one payment. A month ago I contacted DebtBusters to get my outstanding balances as I want to settle my debts. All amounts came down as expected but with a massive shock my FNB overdraft went up from R71k to R82k. It went up and I was paying for 5 years. I contacted FNB today and the advised me that DebtBusters only supply them with the proposal in October 2018, that's 4 years later. FNB advised me that DebtBusters could have supp**** the proposal earlier and the situation would have been way different. Now I am being penalized for DebtBusters delaying the process and have debt that I can't affort. Nonkuthula at DebtBusters is making up so much stories and really ignoring us as far as she can. I habe all my proof states that FNB accepted DebtBusters proposal in 2015 as well as a recorded call from FNB stating that DebtBusters was delaying the process. We need to speak to someone higher up at DebtBusters as Nonkuthula is not helpful. I am currently on anti-anxiety medicine for stress as I don't have the money to pay.
