Debtbusters results in VERY bad credit score
I was not over indebt but thought i would become bebt free and i called detbusts. I had a exelent credit score as i never missed payment.this i can proof. I App**** for debtreview and they took over all my accounts. After i made the first payment i was notified that my motorbike is a luxury item and can not be under bebt review. Debt busters then didnt pay the account even tho i paid them.
I paid the outstanding payment and was eventualy reinburst by debt busers.
My probem is that even after i have a clearance cirtificate my credit score is up to sh#t and i cant apply for vehicle finance as it shows i missed a payment. Thanks to debtbusters.

Sorry about your bad experience, but something does not sound right. Not only is client services a very high priority for us, the debt counselling process is highly regulated and have strict protocols and processes when a client signs up and embarks on the debt review process. That includes the issuing of a Clearance Certificate and the client's new credit rating thereafter.
We will investigate this as a matter of urgency and you can also expect a dedicated manager to be in contact within the next business day.
