DebtBusters quick to take your money but pathetic service!!

I've paid up all my outstanding debt, I've arranged all the paid-up letters and forwarded them to DebtBusters on 27 October 2022 and I received an email stating it would take 22 working days to clear my name. 22 November will be 22 working days, now I phoned to find out what is happening because I checked my status on the weekend and all 4 accounts that were paid up are still there. I was told it was given to a consultant on 20 November 2022 and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT YET!!!! I CAN'T SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR THE CONSULTANT BUT THEY KEEP YOU HANGING ON THE LINE. PATHETIC WORK, NO TELEPHONE MANNER AND NO ONE CAN TAKE MY CALL.
