Debtbusters poor staff etiquette and disrespect

I have received the worst service ever from you people since I've cancelled! Not only was the first agent very rude who pick up my call and dropped the line, the next agent puts me on hold for 2 minutes and drops the line, i attempt calling again and spent a duration of 15 min on a call only for it to be dropped again. I have been calling in extensively to inqure about how far along in the process the cancelation is. Only to be **** to. The first agent advised i will received my letter in last week. I called last week only to be told they dont know how far in the process it is and i should be contacted by the latest monday 12th October 2020. Todays been such a battle with you guys and i am utterly disgisted in your staff and the way they hang up calls. I would like written concent on the agents who condoned call avoidance as this is a major issue and is so disrespectful!
