DEBTBUSTERS NEVER AGAIN!!

I signed up with DebtBusters last month and have had nothing but issues with them. First I was told I was going to get Debt restructuring but am being flagged as under review nom my ITC and I was given an amount that I would pay monthly and after my first payment was deducted I got a notification that they were upping my debit order amount. I was also told that under Debt Restructuring it would take 5 years to settle everything but when I got my breakdown its 8 years. I have been trying all day to get my consultant to contact me so that I can cancel but I am getting ignored. This is disgusting especially if you take what the world is going through economically at the moment. We can't afford poor service and stress like this. The only time my consultant bothered getting back to me was when I asked for the Ombudsman's number, which I have got now and will be contacting. I will NOT advise anyone to go to DebtBusters. They can't be trusted.
