DebtBusters more problems than solutions

I have never in my life had such a bad experience getting my stuff sorted, I have paid up my account with DebtBusters last year May 2021. They never paid my Foschini account which THEY omitted I have now since paid that account now there was a loan account that is also not paid, I enquired it and I received confirmation from Linda Cevula that all my accounts is paid up on 20/01/2022 I requested my Clearance certificate and received a call on 4/02/2022 from Ntando Gaqaza saying they still "double checking" my accounts. I have received mail from Ntombizanele Shiba saying there is still an outstanding R10 228.38. AN ACCOUNT THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO PAY!!! and just stopped paying since December 2019 according to the creditor.

I can not explain my fury with this now so unfair that they are still allowed to render services to people causing more problems than a solution.
