DebtBusters Monthly premium did not go off for December

My monthly debit order through Hyphen SA of R21000 did not go off this month. I suspected something was wrong and phoned Debtbusters. After a long wait i spoke to a consultant and he asked for my particulars. I gave it to him and he had a look. He came back to say that it's been cancelled or withdrawn. I said what, i mean i pay my money via debit order every month on the same date. Very bad service. He said someone will call me in a couple of days. Stay away from DebtBusters.

Thank you so much. I was also wondering if you can assist me with a legal matter. I suffer from a mental illness Schizophrenia and due to this illness, I was buying more and more stuff on credit. Can the court take this into consideration?

Also, I did pay my premium for December 2022. The website says i did not pay. Please rectify.
