DebtBusters, it's all about sales and not helping people make financial sound decisions
My experience with DebtBusters has been extremely disappointing and stressful. When I made the serious decision to go under debt review, I was explicitly assured that all my creditors would be included in the process. However, after receiving my Form 17.1, I discovered that several creditors were missing. I immediately questioned this and was told they would be added — yet this has still not been properly resolved. Since then, I have sent countless emails to the consultants handling my case. Each time I try to call, I am told they are “busy on other calls.” For over a week, I have been trying to get clarity and assistance without success. It appears that once the sale was secured, communication and client care became a low priority. Debt review is not a casual service — it affects a person’s financial stability, credit profile, and peace of mind. Providing misleading information and failing to respond to urgent concerns is unacceptable.
I feel unsupported, misled, and ignored during a very vulnerable time. I expect accountability, proper communication, and immediate resolution of the missing creditors on my debt review process. I would strongly advise others to ensure they receive full transparency and written confirmation of all details before proceeding.
