Debtbusters is the reason my car is being repossessed

I have been a client at debtbusters from December 2022. Prior to applying with them I never missed one payment on my vehicle. I ALSO HAVE NOT MISSED ANY PAYMENTS FOR THE DURATION OF BEING ON DEBT REVIEW. In september i noticed that my vehicle statement showed i was in arrears. I emailed debtbusters but they have still not returned any feedback. I recieved a call yesterday that the bank is repossessing my vehicle. I have used the webchat to find out what is going on and that they need to sort this out immediatly as they want to repossess my car on Friday. They only can say they are paying them and investigation will be done. I have emailed them for statements regarding my vehicle payments for last year but they never reply to the email given. Apart from what little info i can get from webchat i have heard no feedback. I am a nervous wreck. I cant go with it a car its my way to get to work and get children to school. I went through debt review to avoid this.. I am about to lose my car even though i did everythong right. Matters like this are of urgent action but they have no concern.
