Debtbusters is nonsense

Debtbusters SA am not happy with your service especially after they start to deduct money from you they no longer care about their customers even when you write them an email to update them about the change of banking details or if you want to pay your debts all at once they don't answer their emails or even call you.

I pay them each and every month but today I received a call from Lewis saying my account is in arreas am not paying my account but the statement I received from Debtbusters and Hythen says payment was done now am confused because if that's the case then all my debts are not paid so I think it will be best to cancel their Contract and pay my debt my self. Am really not happy and I want to cancel this **** am done.
