Debtbusters IS A TRAP! DON'T DO IT!

The first month of my debt counseling, they debited the money we agreed on, but neglected to notify one of my creditors not to debit, as a result I lost 2k which was supposed to go to other things, im running short this month, and my internet has been disconnected. And all they had to say is that I'm the one who has to reverse the debit orders, turns out you can't do that on the app anymore. I tried to call them but their number doesn't exist and my emails are not being rep**** to. I would have been in a better situation than now if i hadn't signed a debt counseling agreement. Before debtbusters came on the scene I could at least move money around to survive the month, now I'm listed as someone whose on debt counseling everywhere, can't move any money around at all. It seems to me that Debtbusters only cares about the business, not necessarily helping people, cause im stuck in this jam now and they are not doing a damn thing about it!
