Debtbusters, I already settled my account TWICE and now AGAIN it's not settled

I am a debtbusters client and payed on time and full amounts my full time. As I came to the end Aug 2019 I paid a full amount of R4805.05 to settle. I waited for clearance as discussed with Badikazi and suddenly I owed again?? Jan 2020 I paid another R556.56 according to Lincoln to settle AGAIN!!! And i also again thought my account was paid up....now again they say i owe R756? How can you settle and account and then you still owe?? I PAID UP TWICE!!! and after numerous emails it's still not sorted??? What happened to customer care??
