Debtbusters - great disappointment

I joined debt busters in 2016 . Worst mistake I've ever made ! I have not experienced the joy that debt counselling is "supposed"to bring . The interest that has been charged is ridiculous , How I still owe wesbank R204 000 , Truly puzzles me. is not being under debt counselling supposed to not have interest charged ? . I sent them an email on the 22nd February 2018, complaining about the misery they have created in my life and they totally ignored me and did not respond even after I sent a follow up email about the matter . most of the money in the instalment amount goes to them instead of the creditor . where are all these high interests coming from ? . this is an absolute ******* to people in a desperate situation .
