DebtBusters: from hero to zero!

I have faithfully paid up all my debt via DebtBusters. My last payment was in September this year. DebtBusters acknowledged that they had received a paid up letter and also forwarded it to me. Well, this month I was called by one of their consultants, wanting to know why I missed my scheduled payment! Excuse me!!! There is clearly no communication between their different departments. I was promised that my name would be cleared within 3 weeks of receiving the paid up letters. It is now 6 weeks later and not a word from their clearance department. I called their *** number but suddenly it doesn't exist. For all I know they have done nothing to clear my name. I paid my debt as promised, it is time for them to clear my name as promised.
