I am satisfied with the professional with the professional and compassionate service received from DebtBusters in general, so far. I would like to specifically name Angelique Daniels who responded to my emails and provided me with assistance and feedback when I did not receive any response from the consultant assigned to me.

I realize that some departments probably deal with certain aspects of the process, but if an email reaches a person who is not responsible for a certain aspect of the process, the email should be forwarded to the relevant person/department immediately for attention. Debt counseling is extremely stressful and traumatic for people and when they are doing their level best to meet their obligations, DebtBusters should be available and responsive, even if just to let the person know that their case is receiving attention.

Angelique did this, I would like to thank her personally for her assistance. She updated my debit orders and responded with numerous emails and phone calls to update me on progress. I would also like to mention Zulfah Davids specifically who initiated the submission of form 17.3, as well as Shameemaa from the DebtBusters Admin Team who made sure that I am updated by email. I appreciate all the assistance and support during these trying times.
