DEBTBUSTERS DOESN'T WANT ME TO CLEARED FROM THE CREDIT BEAUREUS

I finished paying off my last debt in January after having under debt review with debtbusters since 2020 around September. Everything was well when their payments distribution agency was deducting money and everyone benefitting. Each time I settled before time I sent proofs of payments to them (as they told me to). We started having troubles when I wanted to terminate because I was left with 1 car debt with an installment of around 12K but they were still deducting the agreed upon 39K. I explained that this is very costly to me as it leaves me with no means to live ; month to month. They then claimed they were the ones who terminated me (which didn't bother me because I was about to settle the car and be debt free).

Now they are giving me the runaround with the clearance certificate. They want paid-up letters over and over again. When I finish giving them, they come up with a new list. And now they dont have power of attorney and cannot want these on my behalf,they say. Why didn't they want them immediately after receiving my proofs of payment when they had power of attorney?? And what's up with wanting same thing over again despite having been given? Now with my credit card they're claiming to be awaiting paid-up letter from my bank, mind I had given them this in February already AND THEY HAVE NO POWER OF ATTORNEY BUT WHEN IT SUITS THEIR TACTICS THEY TELL ME THEY REQUESTED INFO PN MY BEHALF; HOW???? I swear they don't want to give me this clearance.
