DebtBusters Does Not Care

I recently signed with Debt Busters. There has been an account left off the credit agreement, which Debtbusters say they did not recieve any feedback from the company, but I have managed to get the email that was sent to Debtbusters from the company, but Debtbusters refuses to acknowledge it. I have now been handed over for collections of the full amount of the account. I have been calling and emailing Debtbusters but they do not reply or seem any bit interested in helping to resolve this issue. There is no body you can escalate any complaints to, no one who will return a call or respond to urgent emails.
