DebtBusters cant get it right!

I've been under debt review for 4 years now and should be done with my review process in January 2021. The issue I'm raising have been raised on HelloPeter before at the following link: https://www.hellopeter.com/debtbusters-sa/reviews/debtbusters- ********** - And I'm guaranteed to receive the same shock when I'm done with my review process.

DebtBusters is charging administrative costs to handle their clients' payment distributions, however, they cant seem to get it right. This issue came about in December 2017 when they decided to change my debit order dates, without any confirmation from my side - Quite to the contrary, I specifically advised to have it at the same dates as decided on upon inception of this process - On the first of every month! I have found that a bank had then terminated the agreement since they have not been receiving funds that I have been contributing towards. This month my debit order had not been processed yet again, despite me calling debt busters and advising them of the missed debit order.

This payment distribution matter was raised on November 7th, 2018, and the missed debit order on the 7th of December, 2018. Yet I don't get the same courtesy with feedback/resolutions of my queries, the way I'm courteously paying my accounts every month.

I find the negligence shocking and will not be holding my breath for a solution to this.
