Debtbusters are TERRIBLE!!

I honestly repsect people and treat them as best as I would like people to treat me. Debtbusters had terminated there services after I explained my ordeal relating to international traveling for work. It was during the time that most international flight were on hold due to the Covid-19 situation. I made the request for Debtbusters to allow me to claim from the insurance and II we then informed to send the letter of retrenchment that I received from the company I used to work for. The letter were send from the company and to my surprise I was emailed by the Debtbusters insurance department that they now require additional documentation to prove that I was retrenched. Throughout the last few months I have send many emails to Debtbusters and they never reply. I have been ditched by Debtbusters without any counseling or assistance with a list or breakdown directing me to the institutions I owe money to. They are blatantly ignoring all my send emails. In honest truth I will never ever point anyone to Debtbusters as they are terrible!
