Debtbusters are hopeless
Im tired of debtbusters as i have sent all the paid up letter several of times but they still telling me that they can't see it yet a lady by the name of Firoza confirmed that it was received i need my clearance certificate asap

We noticed that there was a previous open query for you. As a suspended client we no longer have mandate to request information on your behalf and no longer have any record of your payment history after you were suspended.
Whistle we understand your frustration, the email sent this morning only consist of one attachment and after going through all other correspondence from you with attachments there are still two outstanding paid up letters. To facilitate the issuance of a clearance certificate, we require all paid up letters for the accounts originally included under debt review. The email previously sent to you contains details of all listed accounts and the contact information for your credit providers. Please furnish us with this documentation at your earliest convenience.
