DEBTBUSTERS AND HYPEN POOR SERVICE!

Please do not use Hyphen or Debtbusters, I have sent an email stating my banking details has change, received confirmation my banking details have been updated. Month end no debit order went off, I the client has to send numerous emails to Debt busters and Hyphen, eventually after a few days Hyphen got back to me and advised I need to do an EFT which I did and sent proof of payment to both, and both companies confirmed receipt of payment, Badikazi Hanjana from Debt busters and Thabsile Hlophe from Hypen. Yesterday I received letters from Luyanda Somaza from htnattorneys stating that my account and creditors have not been paid. *** !!!! DO YOU PEOPLE NOT READ EMAILS , DO YOU NOT UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM, HOW IS IT MY FAULT AS PAYMENT WAS MADE !!! DO I RATHER CANCEL MY SERVICES WITH YOU AND TAKE MY CHANCES WITH MY CREDITORS ?? CLEARY BETWEEN HYPEN AND DEBT BUSTERS THE ONE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING !! AND I HAVE SENT EMAILS YESTERDAY TO DEBT BUSTERS AND LUYANDA AND NO REPLY !!!!
