Some of the people are customer orientated. There were many teething issues. The negotiation part was OK and the lady I dealt with in the beginning was great. Customer service is extremely slow and they not always in the mood to assist. My honest opinion. Don't deal with customer service. Always escalate it to management. You seldomly get the right person to assist in a proper time frame. It's already stressful to be under review. Customer service needs to learn to put the customer at ease. They lack efficiency and understanding. The negotiation and start part is great. Then Csu takes over. Then the stress starts.
