Debtbuster SA a failure. Never Trust them with Your Money

I have been client of debtbusters SA for the past two years and still a client. The debtbusters failure to conduct duly diligence in administering my debt restructuring program by keeping track of all account balances with my creditors, because their up including written off account in the debt structuring program which to my knowledge according to Debtbusters SA payments have been towards it for pays 1 year and 8 months. I found that out when requested updated balances for all my account from Debtbuster SA, and they failure to explain the inaccuracies on the balances of my account. I investigated the matter with both my creditor and Debtbuster SA, it was reveal the I was due for as refund for all the money paid towards one of my accounts since the begin, Debtbuster SA failed to give my refund since the funds were administered by them. Mind you I raised this matter with Debtbuster SA in August 2023 and to date (November 2023), they told via email and telephone that I will not get any refund.
