Debt review total increasing after payment was made

I have been with debt busters since 2019, last year (2021) i contacted debt busters and spoke to a lady named Roxanne, the reason for my call was to increase my monthly payments as i had started a job that paid much more and could therefore afford to pay more. The lady confirmed that should I increase the Payment to a certain amount from July 2021, I will be done with my debt by February 2022 . I had agreed to this payment plan but started it on August 2021 so it would end on March 2022. As my time was ending i started to pay more attention to my reports from debt busters and realized that the last 2 reports i had received made not sense. On 08 Jan 2022 I received a report of R20 778,66, after making January's payment of R5000 I received a report on 06 Feb 2022 showing a total of R20 786,29 (notice the total went up). I queried this as these amounts don't look right considering the end dates that were calculated but their consultant and reiterated to me 3 times. After me querying I received a new report on 14 Feb 2022 with Totals of R22 504,43 (notice again the amount went up) . At this point I'm not even sure if this was happening previously as I was not really checking my reports. So now I'm Expected to pay a debt review that is going up instead of down. After consolidating all this information and passing it on 6 days ago I have yet to receive a response.

Reviewer Update
It is now 26 February 2022, this issue has still not been resolved and the assistance I received was "Your end date is May 2022". No explanation as to how my debt amounts are increasing actually according to a consultant that responded to me Zikhona Mbuli "those are just the amounts the "the credit providers and they are valid". So nobody has anything else to say about how a debt total can increase even after payment was made and continues to increase.
