Debt Review not cleared.

Don't sign up with them. They clearly not interested in there customers wellbeing. It has been 3 months after my last payment towards a creditor through them. I called again today and have been told that the system is still off and that is almost 2 months now. So my name is still not cleared even due by receiving my clearance certificate at the end of January. After asking if they have a backup plan or system to assist in these cases where the DHS system is offline, the answer was no they don't. At the moment it looks like they make empty promises to people by saying at the most 21 working days and the flag would have been removed from my name. 4 Years ago it was the only option I had was to go under Debt review so that I could take care of myself and 2 siblings.
