Debt Review -No way out??

I was interested in going under debt review with you guy's in 2018 but shortly afterwards canceled. I did not proceed with any debt review from anyone else yet my credit report shows that I am under debt counseling. I have tried emailing the "then" cosultant that assisted me but to no avail. Emails available upon request and you assistance will be highly appreciated.
