Debt Review Legality

I app**** for debt review in 2013. I've been paying debt review instalments that was given to me by Debtbusters for 5 years and realised again today that I'm paying for the "mistake " made by Debtbusters by not submitting my paperwork to court in 2013 I only got told 3 years into my debt review that my paperwork for court was never submitted by Debtbusters thus the high interest rates causing my accounts to keep "growing" instead of "shrinking" I've tried many times over the past 5 years to resolve this issue but didn't get any help from Debtbusters Most of my account balances currently look like the example below from one of my African Bank accounts!! In total I have to pay back R120 000 more than what I would’ve paid on my original outstanding debt (R220 000) if my documentation was submitted to court in 2013!! I cannot understand why I have to pay the interest on all these accounts? My paperwork was completed and submitted to Debtbusters in 2013 – the fact that Debtbusters never submitted my documentation to court is not my mistake so why do I have to pay for it???
