Debt review gone wrong

Late last year I contacted DebtBusters for assistance as I was over indebted. I was assisted by a consultant called Jennifer. after assessment she confirmed that I was in fact over-indebted. My monthly instalments was R16 000 and she promised me that they will reduce that to R4800 a month. that was good news to me and subsequently gave then a go ahead. She then sent me forms to sign and other to form to take to my employer to stop the stop orders as I am now under debt review. All seemed to be going well until my employer refused to stop the salary deduction for my creditors. I immediately informed Jennifer in October 2023 by sending her emails, as she was not returning my calls. Eventually she responded and confirmed by email that she arrange for their monthly debit order of R4800 delayed until November 2023 in order to ensure that the deduction on my salary is stopped. To my surprise in November 2023 my normal salary deduction went through as normal as well as Debtbusters debit order of R4800 and I was left with nothing. I immediately call Jennifer and she never rep****. in December same thing happened but there was not enough money in my bank account for Debtbusters debit order. I was immediately called by their unpaid debit order I explained my problem and promised to solve my problem. I was boke the entire festive season. January my normal salary deduction to my creditors went through and again there was no funds to cater for Debtbusters debit order. I was then contacted by their finance department for an unpaid debit order and again explained again that I am still paying my creditors every month as normal and I cant afford extra R4800 and again they seemed to understand my problem and promised to contact my credit providers and facilitate a refund. My problem remained unsolved until today. During February 2024 I was contacted by Law firm representing Debtbusters demanding a payment of R14000. Again I explained to the my problem to them and they seemed to understand and promised to take the matter back to Debtbuster and wait for further instruction. Last week Debtbusters sent email to my creditors telling them to reinstate the salary deductions as I failed to comply with their monthly debit order to facilitate the distribution of funds to them and they will remain debt councilor of choice and I will remain under debt review.. this is surprising as they know the salary deductions were NEVER stopped and my accounts with my creditors are up to date. Debtbusters disappointed me by failing on their promise and instead added more financial burden to me. All I want from them is to remove the Debt review status on my profile, they can keep the R4800 I paid them in November for nothing and continue with their business as normal.

I recieved your email demanding a court order that declares me not over indebted. You are missing the point as my employer requested a court order to stop the salary deductions. Your response was there is no court order at this stage only form 16 and 17 was available. Now you are requiring a document that was supposed the supp**** to me by your company. You are not solving my problem at all.
