Debt review cancelled

In 2015 we were forced to undergo debt review due to my husband becoming unemployed. We have been faithfully paying our debt review instalments to Debtbusters without skipping a payment. we have paid the instalment as agreed. at the end of March FNB Housing Finance sent us a letter that our Debt Review has been terminted as we have not paid the agreed instalment. We contacted Debtbusters who were just as taken aback by FNB's action. We have checked our debt review statements every month and it FNB has always been paid. FNB sent us the original Debt review agreement and it also shows that the amount that we have paid is in adherence to the court granted agreement. When we asked where this comes from we were told that we were in arrears before we underwent debt review and this was due to this. when we said but according to the court order the arrears were included in the agreement, they said no the arrears were due to the short payments received. This morning we get an sms from FNB that a valuator will be coming to our house to valuate it so legal action can start. We are at a loss as neither FNB or Debtbusters are responding to our questions yet we now face the consequences of someone not doing their job. We have been dealing with Shireen Rassie and Sabelo Mkanzi but we arenot getting any feedback on any of our complaints only acknowledgements of complaints but now resolutions
