Debt review cancellations

I was under debt review/Counselling with debt busters , first two months they debit off my account than , I wasn’t aware that they not paying off my accounts/debts anymore , in 2017 I realized that debt busters isn’t deducting anymore so I then called my creditors to ask if they were receiving any money from my debt review they said no , I also started being called by the lawyers because my accounts were in arrears and I have been handed over ,I was shocked cause I was under the impression of that Debt Busters was paying my accounts. I than arranged with my creditors on how much I can pay them monthly till I am done paying off all my debts . I once contacted debt busters to cancel my debt review they said they couldn’t do that and the lady hang up on me rudely without hearing me out . Debt busters are no longer assisting me to pay off my debts I am doing that myself , in regards of arrangements with my creditors, so why can’t Debt busters cancel my debt review because I am personally paying off my creditors and my creditors are deducting from my account. Please help on how to cancel my debt review with debt busters. I am paying of my creditors. I even asked them to send me proof that I am paying off , they advised me that debt busters can cancel my review cause I have made arrangements and I am paying the off.
