Debt review cancelation

In your help please I app**** for loan consolidation online, then a consultant phone advising that he was from debt busters for debt counseling.
All to find out that It was a debt review this was when I received emails later on welcoming me on debt review emails where sent to my credits as well with the form 17.2 follow up calls made dated 09-08-2024. On the 13th of August after I speak to the guy at debt busters I received an email that sorry i sont qualify for debt consolidation. order for debt busters went off andsome of the loan went off as we speak I don't have any money on my acc.i want to cancel this debt review as it still new
