Debt review, a very frustrating process

Dear Debtbusters

I have had a very frustrating journey with you and for this reason I will never advice any person to apply for debt review through your company. In 2014 I have app**** for debt review and shortly after cancelled it. debt busters did not cancel as requested and I had to make several calls, send several frustrating emails to have the debt review status updated on the credit bureaus. Long story short, Capitec bank still says that I am under debt review even though my Capitec loans was paid up long before applying for debt review. So my question here is how do I get this resolved. This is extremely frustrating and tiring. How do I get you to assist me to update Capitec bank that I am no longer under debt review.
