Debt has been paid off for 3 months and still waiting for my clearance certificate

<p>I have finished paying off my debt with Debt Busters at the end of April using Debt Busters as my Debt Counselor. I have requested from Debt Busters to issue me with my clearance certificate since then and we are now in August and I still didn’t get it as there is always a story that is holding up the process of getting it. I am frankly tired now of waiting for this as it is taking ridiculously long to get it. This is really bad service from Debt Busters and I have to phone from my side every time to get an update. I get told every time that someone will keep me updated but this never happens. I am also very un-happy that I still have to pay every month my R195 for something that should have been closed at the end of May 2016 already. Very Disgusted with Debt Busters and the way I feel now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone as the gladly take your monthly payments but there service delivery is very poor.</p>
