Debt Busters'Huge Blunder!!

I began debt review about 7 to 8 years ago with Debt Busters. Recently I've been receiving phone calls and emails from Standard Bank's lawyers stating that the one account is in arrears and has been taken out of debt review because of that.

Debt Busters were not paying the correct monthly amount to Standard Bank and I am required to pay this account back my self as it cannot be reinstated back into debt review because of Debt Busters' mistake. What the hell am I paying them monthly for?? I don't have the finance to pay this account back myself!!!!

I'm at my wit's end as to how this mess up is going to be resolved!!
