Debt Busters won't be there for you. They'll tuck and run

I joined debt busters a while before covid started. Got retrenched and still paid debtbusters. Once my funds ran out I phoned them to make an arrangement. They told me on email they can offer me a 3 month grace period. After the first month all my debtors phoned me saying that I must make payment. Saying they agreed to one month with Debtbuster. Debtbuster never even once got Into contact with my debtors to resolve this issue. By the 3rd month I managed to sell a few things and made a full payment to debtbusters. The very next month my debtors continued to phone me just to find out from my debtors that debt busters canceled my contract with them. They didn't even send me a mail. No phone calls nothing. It was the worst time in my life and Debtbusters treated me like absolute garbage even though I never missed a payment before covid. I understand business is business but really? Just canceling and not even phoning me ?I couldn't be more dissapointed. I have never given a review to a company. I just really feel like warning people about them. They have really poor service. You should be ashamed. But you probably won't be and you're probably just going to respond with some sorry sir ****. Thank you for the review blah blah. You guys don't care
