Debt Busters will ruin your name

As of now, i cant recommend Debt Busters to anyone i know. I joined in 2019 to save my car which was repossessed right after joining because the consultant decided not to tell me that from the first two months I'd be paying for their services no funds would be pushed to my creditors. As a result i lost my car which was the reason i joined them. Secondly, they added accounts that i made it clear i had no problem paying because they were small amounts. I was then issued with a withdrawal letter stating "non-cooperating" after i decided to pay funds directly to my creditors to save my other car especially. Now all the accounts that were on our agreement are paid but i still have "Debt Review" flag ruining my name. I sent emails but no one cares to respond.
