DEBT BUSTERS - TERRIBLE SERVICE - SETTLEMENTS DEPARTMENT

I came into money to pay off my debt. Debt Busters offered to assist me. They started getting me settlements and then advised that on a few accounts they not able to get settlement.

I contacted my one creditor myself and offered then a figure 20% less than the full amount owing and it was accepted. in total on the two accounts that I took over from Debt busters to which I would not have got settlements according to them I saved myself R5000.00.

Now I am trying to get the settlement paid as I have until the 1st for it to clear in my creditors account and there are issues with the bank (this is not the first time they have told me this).

I send numerous emails to Amanda daily (i know I am not her only client) but at reply but nothing.

It takes me having to call to get information. I was advised that a manager would email me this was before 12 (midday) and I am still waiting 2.5 hours later.

The service is terrible, it is not like they do this for free they charge you 30% to get your settlements of which it is a simple phone call..... I am really upset and if I lose out on the settlements now due to this I am going to really lose my cool and take this a lot further.

It is one of the companies that offer the world and then when it comes to it get next to half of what is offered.
