Debt busters ***** Where are you AT?

<div>I'm so frustrated with debt busters and their unreliable and unhelpful ethics. I have been calling everyday for the past 2 weeks and looking for one person Siphokazi Koyose who was apparently assigned to my case.

This feels like when you sign up with these people they are so easy to reach and can get back to you 4 to 5 times a day even after hours, I was unfortunately not happy with their distribution of funds as they were way below what we had agreed upon and creditors were still contacting me directly so I cancelled by debt review process and made arrangements to pay creditors directly.

I have done so successfully in a very short period of time as what debt busters were going too, Because of terminating my debt review process debt busters still remained the debt counselors who put me under debt review, I've been contacting them everyday, provided all paid up letters and still no feed back and to make things worse I can not even get hold this Siphokazi who I was sent an email that she was assigned to my case.

All I need is a clearance letter as I see no reason why they should give me the run arounds because I paid up my own debt. Debt busters were paid in the beginning when the process was started, so the lease they can do is provide me with a clearance certificate. I'm sick and tired of being told that they have left a note for Siphokazi and she will get back to me or she is on lunch or on a break.

Can someone please assist my case @debtbusters.</div>
