Debt busters service is pathetic

I created a payment plan in Aug last year to pay my debt off faster. I was told my last payment would be Feb 2022, it is now Aug 2022 and I still do not have my clearance certificate. Each time I ask for it I am told there is 1 more payment, that has been ongoing since Feb 2022, nobody can explain to me how these amounts are increasing and why the report I'm receiving directly from debtbusters is showing a 0 balance but I'm being asked to pay. After my last payment at the end of July 2022 I was told this wasfor sure my last payment, I am now receiving sms and email warnings from the bank to state payment was not received from my debt counselor. It is absolutely frustrating to work with debt busters and non of the consultants that I dealt with were competent enough to explain to me why I'm still paying when their report says R0 or why my creditors are contacting me saying payment was not made.
