DEBT BUSTERS SA - THEY GIVE YOU MORE STRESS AND NO RELIEF

Debt busters doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating!!! My debt review ended in december 2022 and to date i have no feedback from them regarding my clearance certificate and im still listed under debt review with all credit bureaus! I contacted them around early feb requesting my clearance certificate and was advised that it will take 7 to 10 business days to provide feedback as they need to obtain paidup letters and so forth to provide a clearance certificate and remove the debt reivew status from my credit profile. It is now mid march and still so response from them despite sending follow up emails. When ever i try to call them 1 of 2 things happen, get hung up on or told their systems are off line. Even the service provided during the debt review was horrible, accounts not paid and the credit provider sends me emails advising that i need to pay the outstanding amounts, and to get incontact with someone in there office to resolve is a nightmare. To date i have no idea who my advisor is at debtbustors as no one can tell me. Will be making the public aware of your horrible service.
