Debt Busters SA - payments not up to date

I am so angry we are with debt busters for more than 3 years now and the amount that they are deducting every month is not going to our creditors this feels like **************** they deduct R5150 every month but only R1900 is going to our creditors i have tried to sort out this problem for 2 years now - and NOTHING the statements that they send every month is different - sometimes the outstanding amounts from the creditors is much more than the ones they sent us 5 months before, this month and last months statement showed that only R309 was paid to MFC ? we had 1 credit card account and 1 personal student loan account - NOW suddenly we have 3 personal student loan accounts I really thought that Debt Busters was there to assist people in financial trouble and help them but this is getting ridiculous now. when you phone them for assistance they say that we shouldn't go with the amounts showing on the statement but when they send a new one the amounts is different again i wish there was someone who could help me sort this out
