DEBT BUSTERS SA dont pay your fees to creditors and then leave you with the mess

I am paying my debt review every month without fail before i even pay rent. These *********** people for NO KNOWN REASON stopped paying one of my accounts and the creditor handed me over to their lawyers. I have been calling million times, emailing them million times to sort this and they still cant say why they stopped paying. I told them to sort it out as I am now being charged by the lawyers a RIDICULOUS interest rate, email fees ( which i never get) , call fees ( calls i never ever recieve), and collection fees etc. So i told DEBT BUSTERS to rectify this and get my account back on debt review. They just could not care less , they just tell me its my responsibility to deal with the lawyers now and i must sort it. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL????I PAID THEM THE AMOUNT SET OUT BY THE COURT OF LAW. THEY STOPPED PAYING MY CREDITOR AND NOW I MUST PAY ALL THESE FEES BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE!!!!!! I just DONT GET ANY JOY OUT OF speaking to them telephonically or via email.
