Debt Buster's release me

I'm currently having a bad experience with Debt Buster for the release of documents that's said that I have suspended my services with them They promise me I'll have an answer with in 10 - 15 day but upto so far no reply from them I have tried all means of communication with them but all my questions gone unanswered All I want from debt Buster's is too send me my release documents & I will sort my debtors out by myself
