Debt busters puts you deeper in debt then hangs you out to dry

I am a little concerned about this company, after reading the reviews I think I might have gone with someone else. True to some of the reviews i have read, I am starting to receive some of the same ******* service that others have experienced When I signed up the consultant did an affordability review etc and gave me the highest repayment amount possible. After 6 months I can see that that was an ambitious plan, but cant sustain it. Currently the Hyphen Debit goes off and all that's left is enough to pay for the rent and rates. I have a 5 year old daughter and a full time job that requires Internet and a phone. The affordability check we did in the beginning should have picked up that I still need money for food to fed my daughter and for fuel to get to work every day as well as for my other debit orders, Internet and phone. I have been trying for a month to reach someone, my councilor or negotiator or whoever to assist me. They don't seem to care, the situation that I am in and trying to work with Debt busters to correct, is dire. I have to borrow money every month for food and fuel so debt busters hasn't helped me much except put me in a deeper hole. The consultants ezpecially the sales consultants, are pushy and rude and don't consider that their job is to help you repay your debt obligations. Instead they seem to ***** you for whatever you have and forget treating clients fairly, I'm stuck and have been trying to reduce my monthly repayment but NO ONE at debt busters has bother to help me. They just open a ticket and forget about you. 1) TCF: fail I want to consult a legal representative about their treatment of me and the rest of the clients 2) record of advice: as a financial institution you need to keepo a record of advice and make sure that you have advised your clients with a plan that helps them pay their debt obligations with what they can afford. I feel like I'm in a worse off position now than ever before and I think I need to consult the Ombud. 3) This is my life and that of my DAUGHTERS life that you are *****ing with. I can tell now after 20 days that you really don't give a **** else you would have contacted me in November already! I really am trying to repay my debt obligations and need urgent assistance. If I don't get this resolved by my next repayment, I will visit the ombud and lay a complaint, I will seek legal advice and I will have my full agreement scrutinized by a legal professional to see whether these contracts are in fact ethical. 4) Late payments: SO heres the thing, do you understand when I say I get paid on the 25th exactly every month? no exception? So when you try to take the payment on the 22nd or 23rd then list my payment as LATE, am I late or are you guys just early and trying to find another way to ***** us? I wonder what penalties they levy for late payments? Another topic for the legal help to investigate. 5) Lastly KYC: Know your client. If you had done your job correctly in the first place, I wouldn't be in this predicament. But since I was also ambitious and made the mistake to rely on your consultants advice I am also to blame. Now when I see that I need to make a change...you wont talk to me, but you are super quick to bully us into contracts. SO tell me please, is it ethical to take someone who is over indebted and make their situation worse for the sake of a commission? I think I read somewhere that, THAT is grounds for investigation by the Ombud. I will be laying a formal complaint today. You have had your 30 days and I am nowhere near anything looking like a resolution. I've just wasted more time and money trying to engage with you.

Nothing more I can say except I wish I had a better option for repaying my debts. in 7 days time the next repayment will go off after trying to change it for the last month. This Christmas we need to eat and if you don't sort it out soonest we will pay whats left AFTER we buy food and fuel.

IT STILL AMAZES ME HOW LITTLE YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS, QUICK TO TAKE OUR MONEY AND YET CANT HELP US TWEAK THE PLAN SO THAT IT IS AFFORABLE. THIS FAILS YOUR COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS. BE AWARE.

A desperate, angry frustrated father.
