Debt busters , poor service when it comes to settlement

I have been paying my debt with Debt busters for years now, they were excellent to deal with in the beginning, but then I needed a settlement figure, I could not get hold of anyone for days and no one calls me back, eventually I do get a call back, on their website they say we could qualify for a discount if we settle , which also sounds nice, only for them to tell me that the figure I see on my smartcents is much lower than what I actually owe and I should budget to pay a couple thousands extra, so this concerns me because that was what I could track my payments on, and now its not accurate number 1, and number 2 I am still waiting for my settlement figure for over a long time now, I just don't know how to get answers from this place anymore
